Spencer is a second-year MBA student at Wharton, simultaneously pursuing a Master in International Studies with a Focus on Latin America (Spanish) at the Lauder Institute. He is currently a part-time research Analyst at Riva Ridge Capital Management, a special situations investment manager. After graduation, he will join PJT's New York office as an Associate in the Restructuring and Special Situations Group. Prior to his graduate studies, Spencer worked at M-One Capital, a private equity firm, and at Lazard in their technology investment banking group. He holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Texas - Austin and a BS with majors in Accounting, Finance, and Economics and minors in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
